Lichno mne kazhetsya chto vy, rebyata, samaya poslednyaya nadezhda na to, chto nash rodnoy Uzbekistan stanet progresssivnym, civilizovannym obshestvom v obozrimom budushem. I eto ne prosto slova, esli nado, ya mogu konkretno obosnovat' pochemu vy i pochemu "poslednyaya".
President Karimov dal nachalo UMIDu i ochen hochetsya nadeyatsya, chto teper on dast vozmozhnost' UMIDovcam vzrostit' noviy, politicheskiy institut, sposobniy ostavit' "zhestkie razborki" otcovskih pokoleniy v proshlom.
Esli Gospodin President ne popytaetsya ispol'zovat' UMID v svoih tekushih politicheskih celyah, a pozvolit poyavleniyu novogo progressivnogo dvizheniya, sposobnogo vesti obshestvo vpered, to on bezuslovno zasluzhil by za eto istoricheskoe priznanie pered Uzbekistanom.
Prichem vse eto delo ne dalyokogo budushego, vremya trebuet bezotlagatel'nyh deystviy, a inache mozhno "prospat'"

Agar ishlatilgan tilni xato divotgan bo'sez, qo'shilaman, siyosiy lahja emas. Siyosiy lahja ko'pchiligimizga juda ham zerikarli, o'shanga o'zimizni kundalik lahjani tanladim.

a small constructively critical comment:

A party should have a charter with its clear aims and the outlined methods it wants to achieve them ,and around those very objectives people usually establish a party. As i can see with UDP, it is the opposite - some ambitious (positive remark!) Umidies want to form some sort of 'club' from similar backgrounded people with broad feeling of patriotism to Uzb.

The idea sounds good, since Uzb truely needs civil society at this hard time. But unless those people form the party (UDP) with clear objectives and achieve consensus on how to accomplish them, the idea will become either a 'noble dream' or another way for some Umidies to grasp favourable social positions in Uzb.....

SherzodR: I've updated CGI.pm to the latest 3.03...
But, isn't it in alpha state right now ?

Not fixed :(. CGI3.03_1 says it's alpha, you're right.

Stable version comes with it's own new namespace now ( I don't know why ??? ). It is CGI3 not CGI. I skimmed through the docs, looks like the same as the one for CGI 2.x series ( http://www.ultracgis.com/CGI3.html ).. and the README says :This is a plug-in replacement for the CGI module which contains
numerous and extensive performance enhancements contributed by David James (david@jamesgang.com).

It is based in CGI.pm version 2.60.
The reason why I thought it was a bug in CGI was the fact the problem occured after the update, both on forum and on the poll.cgi. poll1.cgi works 'coz I avoided CGI.pm to some extent.

MegaZ, I tested them and CGI3 returns the same error as CGI.3x series do ??? So the problem will not be solved with CGI3 either, I guess.

But with CGI.2x series it works without a problem (here I am talking about poll.cgi)...

So there's still an unresolved bug in CGI3 (since L. Stein promised backward compatibility in the further releases). Now I am not sure if the problem with forum is because of CGI.pm or Forum itself ??? To find out just return CGI.pm 2.74 and see if it solves the problem
