Bollar bu hadidagi habarga nima deyslar. Vakt utgan sari Hatarlashib ketmiyaptimikan stability of Uzbekistan.

Tashkent, 15th February We have learnt from reports from reliable sources that Uzbek opposition leaders in exile have carried out a number of subversive acts against the current regime in Uzbekistan with the help of foreign Islamist centres and extremist
organizations. In particular, the leader of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU), Tohir Yoldosh, has taken a number of active
measures to unite all Uzbek opposition parties and public movements, such as the Birlik, Erk and the Hezb-e Tahrir [all banned in Uzbekistan] into a single movement called the United Uzbek Opposition (UUO) with its headquarters in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

The Council for the Unity of Democratic Forces of the Fergana Valley of Uzbekistan, in its appeals circulated illegally, call on Uzbek President Islam Karimov to sit down at the negotiations table with opposition movements, to declare an amnesty and release political prisoners. Otherwise they threaten to destabilize the situation and to declare war on official Tashkent.

According to the official Uzbek authorities, if the opposition forces unite, their leaders intend to use the United Tajik Opposition's
method of fighting for power in the Republic of Tajikistan and to exert military influence on the official authorities. The next step in
their activities would be unleashing civil war in the Republic of Uzbekistan, seizure of power and the establishment of control by the
United Uzbek Opposition over certain territories of the republic, in particular, in the Fergana Valley, the official Uzbek authorities believe.

According to competent sources, the Uzbek armed opposition have in their future plans using the territory of Tajikistan and
Kyrgyzstan as a bridgehead to invade Uzbekistan and raising the issue of the integration of the opposition into the government and power-wielding structures of Uzbekistan.

There is no secret about the cooperation which is going on between the various "opposition forces". They are undergoing training in Tajikistan, Afghanistan, etc. But it seems ridiculous that they want to establish a democracy by unleashing a civil war. We've seen the results in Tajikistan.

And I doubt whether they care about the ordinary people, each of those "opposition figures" have personal ambitions. Right now they may unite, but afterwards they are gonna slit each others throats.
