Dear Samuel,

First of all we do not know, whether it was true.

But I would like to suggest this article to IRANYAR, because that he was sure that Uzbek Official Government was doing what he likes. I mean he was supporting pan-iranism! May he will find out something.

Also opposition members who blame President Karimov in anti-turkic actions, are advised to read this article. If they were sure about President Karimov's and Jurabekov's anti-turkic behaviours because of their origins, why above mentioned persons are permitted to destruct the source of enlightenment for their co-nationals?!

please find my letter posted previously. Why? You may call me whatever you want, curse as much as you want, but these all intrigues about Uzbekistan and Central Asia are not for our sake. Of course some of us will "work" for or will be "employed" somehow for CIA, FSB, or other investigation (spy) organisation. Even then please do not forger YOUR NATIONAL BENEFITS! Please feel your motherland, even being far from! Be honest, then blame me, be sure, then curse me.

Tojiklarga qarshi bizda qttiq diskriminatsiya borligini bilaman (ayniqsa Toshkentda). Man uzim Samarqandlik tojikman. Toshkentda tojikcha gapirib yurganimizda, bir necha marta militsiya ushlagan. Xayriyat passport bor edi uzimiz bilan, bumasa bilmayman nima qilishardi.

Mani bir-nechta commersant urtoglarim bor, ippodromdan narsa olib kelib sotishadi. Ippodromda aktsent bilan gapiradigan odamlarga voobshem javob bersihmaydi deyishadi. Samarqandga borgan kup odamlar aytadiki, magazinga kirib biron narsani narxini uzbekcha surasam, yo tojikcha yo ruscha javob berishadi deb. Albatta, Toshkentda mana shunaqa kutib olingandan keyin, ular ham shunaqa qilishadi. A tak bu ishlar yaxshi emas.

P.S. Tojikiston u yerda yashaydigan uzbeklarga qarshi hech qanaqa yomonlik qilgani yuq, manimcha. Har holda eshitganim yuq.

Man o'tgan yoz Samarqandga borganimda o'sha san aytgan shoplaru bozorlarda O'zbekcha gapirsam ataylab Tojikcha javob berishgan bir-xillari. Narxlarini oshirib aytgallarini aytmasa ham bo'ladi. Lekin man hafa bo'lmaganman :) . Bir-xil odamlarni deb, butun bir shahar yoki hudud aholisini shunaqa ekan deyish, manimcha, noto'g'ri.

Toshkentda, jo'rajon, agar obyektiv qarab chiqsang, nafaqat Tojiklarni balki boshqa notoshkentliklarni ham qattiq nazorat qilishadi. Buni ijobiy diskriminatsiya deb urg'ulash to'g'riroq. Havfsizlik va tartib ahir birinchi o'rinda turadiku, birodar.
