A rather sad one..... :(

I am sad, and my sadness fills all of my being,
I'd cry, but that's not what I really believe in...
I used to believe in the pure strong feeling,
I used to inspire, sparkling and thrilling!

Now abandoned I am....


I gave my emotions the strength of my soul,
Creating the tension for reaching my goal,
Acquiring assets, consuming the whole,
Upbringing the leader - assuming the role;

Now it's all by and gone....


I looked in my heart - and vacuum I noticed,
And remnants of soul - tortured and jaundiced,
All frozen - an ice cube could feel to be hottest,
Expressing my mind's silently protest.....

I longed for relief.....

My muse is a sad one, and that is its nature -
This imminent sadness you meet as you mature...
That crash of desires we hiddenly nurture,
Of dreams that had shaped our privately posture
Towards life; and you feel like the weeniest creature
That failed to stand up and challenge the nature,
Unable to take the command of its future,
What a looserly beast! :)

I'm pilgrim of hearts and I travel the deserts;
To find an oasis takes much of my efforts,
But once I discover, I never am settled,
The longing for journey is rarely wrestled;
All female attraction, whatever is there,
All charm and affection and beauty that glare
Fail holding me, vanishing into thin air
As I leave them behind....

I wish I could find the ultimate Reason
As conscience keeps finding me guilty in treason;
I'm tired of wasting my time going questing,
It's time I located my quietly nesting,
It's time I shared the treasures I've hoarded,
It's time to see efforts of mine be rewarded....
(I ponder this, starting my every new season..)
