I heard rumours that Emory will take over for the next year. They already handle an ftp site, so they are deemed to have some experience. And Choyhona-frequenters know very well where most of the "Ops" are from :)(The prior being the main reason)

Also, there is a great probability of creating several mirror-sites, which would solve the connection related issues.

We are not handling ftp yet :)The ftp server is strictly personal but I can open accounts for umidies

Yes, I am graduating this year, but there will be (inshallah) no problem with deciding where to put what. We already have a mirror site at http//www.umid.net (which is not finished yet) and we will have at least 3 mirrors of Umid World by the time I graduate.
