hello,
I am sure that there is something that we have to learn from history. Just few examples Hitler in 30s collects money from people to launch a car manufacturing plant with the name Volkswagen (famous Juk is its concept). In the 1918 Lenin conducts kollectivization to realize his famous formula " + Elektrifikaciya vsey strani". In 30s Stalin start industrialization (also collecting people's money).
So what does it tell us? The world is changing to become high-tech rather than industrial society, Uzbeks still trying to build more factories (especially in textile with our cheap labor). People have their savings under pillows and do not trust banks/government. Logical conclusion Project VolksPC
Project VolksPC
Financed by the people's money for peoples benefit. Concept "+Internetizaciya vsey strani", Free internet services and installment financiang of PC purchases. PC Donation by the project to schools and libraries. Training of Internet leaders nesti ide v massi. Government support of Internet culture, no limitations on Internet companies operations (no taxes, no controls, no SNB on-line).
Example
A simple worker of state organization buys PC (486 basic) from project representative (Halk banki) and pays $5 a month for 40 months ($200 for 486 not much :)). Government cuts expenses on militia and state functions and sponsors ISPs.
Profits
Free flow of information. Leapfroging into future information society without 200 years of development. Revenue flow from "off-shore" programming offices in Uzbekistan (move Indian soft development companies to Tashkent). As information society advances more and more programmers it needs, we will become the nation that supplys this good)
Any comments?
