CAn you guys explain me what APR is? I mean i haven't really used credit cards for some reasons.

It is a abbrevation of Annual Payment Rate. When you borrow money from your credit card you'll be charged some amount of interest(in annual basis). And this is simply called APR.

APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate. Credit card companies will charge you fixed rate when you use your credit card.
