COuld you guys list the internet cafes in Uzbekistan and their addresses. Becuz when we go back home we might need 'em.

If you don't have your own PC, then you might consider accessing at Computerland, because it is cheaper. In this summer it was 400 soum/hour. (vs. 2000+ at medianet)

It is not an "internet cafe", but it provides such service. Location near Uzbekistan Hotel.

Or you can get unlimited dial-up access for your home for about $50-70 "ko'kiga" per month at Tezakovka ;)
Or on hourly basis 400 soum/hour at any other provider like Ishonch, Naytov etc.

As I see from your messages, the best rate available in Uzbekistan is probably TACIS's Samarkand Management School internet services. They were charging only 200 soum/hour. It is located inside the main building of Samarkand Cooperative Institute (entrance from A.Temur street). Sorry but I don't know their website.
