I have been working on a project for my class and it deals with Uzbekistan.
I need to cover the following questions
- why do companies in Uzbekistan want to have access to international business opportunities?
- how are people selected, trainied, compensated for placement in international posts?
- what political and legal issues must be considered by a company deciding to do business on international scale?
- what socio-cultural values, particularly to Uzbekistan, could influence the success or failure of international efforts? what values could be problematic in different cultural environments?
- describe how the educational system prepares people for international business options?
- what recommendations would you have for a business in Uzbekistan regarding business opportunities in the United States?
