Any new ideas ?

Hey guys, I just thought that it would be great if you gave us feedback about our site. What do you think we should do to make it better ? What would you like us to add to our site ? What parts of it you think need improvement ?

In these boards all replies are only to one message (topic).

In the old ones, first, you can see all the replies, second, you can start a new thread to any reply.

The advantages are
1) you can easily see the new replies. (here, if you're using public PCs, you should remember NUMBERS, to see whether there was a new reply to one topic or open all each time)
2) Multiple level thread also allows to focus your discussion in a particular person's idea (which might not be in the first message)

I am sorry, but this is the way these new boards work... There is no way to show all the replies (it was done so that the message board does not look messy).

But I will check out the code and see if I can come up with a better look so that it includes replies and stuff...

I hope you'll get me right.

Here are some other suggestions

1. Could you change the names back as they were in the old boards. i.e. Economic Intelligence should be changed to Discussion Board

2. This board might be renamed from General Discussion to either Umid Main Board or Umid Message Board, since this board is actually not for discussions.

And lastly, could you change Discussion Board's option, so that it would show IP addresses to everybody, not moderators only. I had a bitter experience with this way :( (There are some who even dare to blame webmaster being an agent or some kind of enemy, which possesses more info about visitors)

I totally agree vs Sher about the boards' names.
You should change POETRY BOARD to LITERATURE BOARD as well. Not only poems are posted there. I emailed you about this before.

Dear MegaZ,
we are really appreciate for the work which You have done, that's miracle!!!!just only one suggestion - can you change the shape of these boxes in which we have to enter to each time coming into this message board, like you have done it in Umid World. You don't have square boxes there do you? You have there very soft and inteligence shapes in wihch we have a great pleasure to click to each time entering :))

I don't have any new ideas about the UMID WORLD, but can u do me a favor....can u post your bank account number to the Umid World, so everyone who wants might grab some money :) I think this is the only thing that hasn't been asked :) kiddin'.
