What I noticed is that some of the top ranked colleges and universities have sometimes almost the same tuition, fees and other expenses as other BS ( what a word!) schools. There are schools ranked as high as top 25 and cost less than or about 20K (everything for 'out of state' status). That is about the average amount of money Uzbek government is spending per student in USA. May be ACCELS could consider this fact when determining where uzbek students should go to study in USA.
Essentially Uzbekistan needs some people with firm knowledge not just a graduation diploma. Well…may be not that extreme, Accels is doing a good job though the Umid poll showed something opposite (something like 75 not satisfied) but anyway...I guess what I am trying to say is that there are schools that give a BETTER EDUCATION. So ACCELS can become even more effective in its students distribution work and make better choices. 'Not everything that shines is a gold' as they say in Russian in the same way not every quote 'American' university is something glorious.
