As we know, Uzbekistan authorities intend to unify multiple rates in mid-2002. Is there any opinion about this, in particular:
- Will the unification be complete or incomplete? If incomlete, then why and until what time (end-2002)?
- What impact might the unification have on the country's economy (at macro- and micro-levels)?
